Terms and Conditions
A booking fee of up to $1.50 applies for bookings up to $22.00. A booking fee of $3.00 applies to bookings over $22.00. The booking fee covers the cost of providing our ticketing system and costs associated with processing bookings.
No fee applies to redeeming tickets on 3 Film, 5 Film , 7 Film and Festival Passes. If a pass-holder books additional tickets a booking fee will apply.

3 Film Pass
The 3 Film Pass allows you to redeem tickets for 3 different GPFF film screenings (excluding opening night)
The 3 Film Pass is not transferable and is valid for one entry per session. All sessions must be pre-booked. 3 Film Passes Passes are not valid for Opening Night.
5 Film Pass
The 5 Film Pass allows you to redeem tickets for 5 different GPFF film screenings (excluding opening night)
The 5 Film Pass is not transferable and is valid for one entry per session. All sessions must be pre-booked. 3 Film 5 Film Passes are not valid for Opening Night.
7 Film Pass
The 7 Film Pass includes a ticket to every film during the Geelong Pride Film Festival except opening night. Includes all 7 films screenings on Saturday and Sunday (excluding opening night)
The 7 Film Pass is not transferable and is valid for one entry per session. 7 Film Passes are not valid for Opening Night.
The Festival Pass is not transferable and is valid for one entry per session. Includes all screenings of the Geelong Pride Film Festival (5-7 April 2019).
All sessions are general admission. If you require early access to the cinema or if you require assistance with seating please contact a GPFF Volunteer on arrival.
The Classification Board grants GPFF special customs and censorship clearances that mean all audience members must be 18 years or over except where indicated.
Our screening of Transmilitary is for audiences 15 and over.
Full-time students, pensioners, unwaged, seniors.
The Pivotonian and Courthouse Youth Arts are wheelchair accessible. The Pivotonian has assisted listening via an audio loop. If you require early access to the cinema or if you require assistance with seating please contact a GPFF Volunteer on arrival. The Pivotonian has wheelchair and companion seats in the front row of the cinema.
GPFF accepts Companion Card. Companion Card tickets must be requested by email. Please contact us on email@example.com or 0414 401 360 to request Companion Card tickets prior to booking to ensure availability. This is important as all our scheduled sessions sold out in 2018.
Ferve Tickets Terms and Conditions
'Ferve Tickets' (Ferve Tickets Pty Ltd ABN 41 074 903 085) operates a system for event ticketing on behalf of Geelong Pride Film Festival ABN 86 078 001 073 the 'Event Organiser'. Any and all issues or claims relating to sale and/or purchase of tickets and the provision of associated event(s) are the sole responsibility of the Event Organiser and Ferve Tickets (or any subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, directors or employees) have no liability for any claims. Ferve Tickets is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. Ferve Tickets cannot exchange or refund this ticket nor associated fees, please contact the Event Organiser with any queries. Ferve Tickets has no obligation to provide a refund or any other financial compensation if an event is cancelled, postponed or substantially altered by the Event Organiser, in which case you should contact the Event Organiser directly. Purchasing tickets constitutes your acceptance of this agreement.
