Q&A with Julie Peters
After the films join us for Q&A with Julie Peters. Julie Peters is a media professional, activist, performer, writer, parliamentary candidate, and academic.
Our Q&A will be hosted by Dr Bree Gorman
Dr Gorman is Managing Director of workplace diversity and inclusion professional advisory firm Bree Gorman Consulting and is a member of the GPFF Transgender, Gender Diverse and Non-binary programming sub-committee. They have worked with companies across a wide variety of sectors delivering diversity and inclusion strategies, policy reviews, research projects, inclusion audits and diversity and inclusion training. Their lived experience of working in a male dominated area and coming out as genderqueer and bisexual in the middle of their working life brings with it a heightened awareness of identity and its importance in the workplace.
Along with their science qualifications, Bree is a graduate of the Committee for Geelong’s Leaders for Geelong program and of the Australian Institute of Company Directors course. Bree holds a position on the Geelong Cricket Association Board and Cricket Victoria’s Rainbow Advisory committee.
